280g - Avocado (halved)
200g - Cucumber (sliced)
140g - Hickory beef jerky
4 - Organic brown eggs (whites only)

I only ate the egg whites for the protein. Simple lunch just thrown together in the morning and put in to Tupperware to eat at lunch.
